By planting local
trees and plants, we are trying to create a natural
sanctuary, where uncommon species can proliferate,
like butterflies,hummingbirds, exotic frogs, mammals
The polluted waters are
treated in the biodigester, so we can obtain
fertilizers and in short terms we can use the
natural gas produced to light up the trails.
Old tires are brought from all over the country.
With these tires we build the trails, set up
and what’s left we use in the drainage.
All the bottles of the restaurant are reused
in the decoration of the project,to make it
more attractive and durable.
An example is the logotype of the restaurant,
reviving the work of the Spanish artist Gaudí.
Thanks to a Costa Rican naturalist, Francisco
and to a visionary owner, Fanny Sterner, this
project is a reality
